  • Created and installed a System for Managing
  • Designed and conducted Supervisory/Management Training Workshops on use of the System for Managing
  • Initiated a formal communication program between management and the union that facilitated daily meetings between the plant management and union
  • Implemented a Change Management program and a Barrier Identification and Elimination process for all levels of the organization
