Petrina is a creative, hands-on executive with over 25 years of international industry and business consulting experience with a proven track record of leading and building teams to work collaboratively across traditional boundaries and solve complex operational issues. She has performed at the senior executive level in both industry and with top global consulting organizations, focusing her career on delivering transformational and business-building initiatives for her clients.

Petrina has led engagements serving many of the largest corporations in United States, Canada, England, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Norway and the Netherlands. Her projects have focused on a wide range of issues, including cost reduction, organization redesign, customer experience, strategy and business case development, benchmarking, vendor assessments and selections, market sizing, customer segmentation and outsourcing.

Selected accomplishments include:

  • For one of the 10 largest banks in North America: Petrina led the Enterprise Decision Support Group (EDS), a highly visible department with the charter to support the CEO, CFO and senior executive team. With the objective of maximizing shareholder value through enterprise-level analysis and recommendations, she collaborated across multiple groups to deliver to reliable, actionable intelligence to company leadership. Petrina was also responsible for enterprise-wide financial and strategic forecasting/reporting processes, alignment of results with the economic forecast, enterprise stress testing, integration of business segment strategies to the enterprise level, M&A due diligence, management of the performance management framework and leading cross-business improvement initiatives.
  • For a leading global consultancy: Petrina was responsible for the Capgemini/Merrill Lynch (now Capgemini/RBC Wealth) World Wealth Report, viewed as the leading benchmark for tracking high net worth individuals (HNWIs), their wealth, and the global and economic conditions that drive change in the Wealth Management industry.
  • For multiple Financial Services clients: Petrina led several Financial Services regulatory compliance programs for FATCA, Volcker, CRM2, CRS and assessing strategies for the First Line of Defense. She also successfully partnered in the development of intellectual capital, as well as the design and development of change programs encompassing strategy, business process reengineering, information technology and organizational effectiveness.
