Project Leader & Operations Director

Brandon is a Financial Services senior project leader and consultant with more than 12 years of experience in helping clients maximize revenue and control costs through continuous improvement. He is a proven leader who has successfully implemented efficiency, service and quality process enhancements in Fortune 500 companies by utilizing Lean and Six Sigma principles. He consistently exceeds client expectations for operational and financial improvement in the areas of sales and service contact centers, underwriting operations, real estate lending, global finance and commercial investments.

Brandon’s primary areas of expertise include new business development, change management, process improvement, capacity management, performance management, budgeting, strategic planning, training and development, and regulatory compliance.

Selected accomplishments include:

  • For a commercial real estate and agricultural lender: Brandon led a major regional lending consolidation involving the identification and elimination of redundant activities, centralization of processing support staff and consolidation of ten locations to two. He also installed common sales metrics and aligned performance, thereby increasing sales production capacity by over 30%.
  • For a global financial institution: Brandon reduced the centralized processing team’s “files in process” by over 50% and reduced processing cycle time by over 20%. He also realigned staff from separate functional units into pods, which facilitated efficient handoffs and promoted rapid communication across functions.
  • For a major regional bank: Brandon implemented enhanced management reporting and routines in the bank’s commercial lending and payment operations. He also added productivity, quality, service and cost-performance forecasting and measurement to targets, as well as eliminated low-value and redundant processes. Together, these changes achieved the client’s expense reduction objectives.
  • For a national mid-tier bank and credit union: Brandon introduced a consultative sales approach to deliver residential lending and servicing solutions. He improved sales effectiveness through coaching and development while leveraging industry partners to drive new territory sales and exceed established goals by 75%. He then directed development and implementation of a proprietary customer relationship management program (CRM), which reduced operational costs and increased sales force efficiency and reporting.
