As part of the initial relationship with The Highland Group, a senior partner to work with you to discuss your business issues and opportunities.  Out of these conversations our clients gain an understanding of our capabilities and we are able to understand their business objectives and needs for change.

 

Because we are NEEDS BASED we don’t bring you a canned solution and try to fit it to your challenges.  The solution we develop is specifically designed for you.

"Needs" are expressed as changes in such things as: Revenue Growth, Market Share, EBITDA Improvement, Due Diligence Functions, and Customer Satisfaction, among others.  The drivers for these needs range the entire business spectrum including restructuring of capital resources, optimization of manufacturing operations, organizational alignment, distribution network design, and sales effectiveness, just to name a few.
