DISCOVERY AND DESIGN
This analytical moment is a proprietary process that follows the formulation of a Driver Goal that has been driven by the need. During this initial phase the Driver Goal is assessed for attainability, barriers identified, a future-state defined, an implementation roadmap developed, and a business case validated.
CHANGE IMPLEMENTATION
Immediately following the Discovery and Design phase is the launch of an implementation project. With the custom workstreams defined to deliver the Driver Goal. In addition to the implementation of change in the unique areas required for that business, The Highland Group's System for Managing is implemented to ensure management visibility to performance of the business and specific weekly results of the project.
